That on this, the 7" day of
July, 1892, the Board of Park Commissioners
met in regular session in their Chambers
in tthe Bailey Block, W E Burgess in the Chair.
At Roll call, the following members were present.

C. N. Evans
Abram Barker
B E Bennett

Whereupon the following proceedings were
had; towit:

Minutes of previous meeing read and approved.

Communication from J. M. Carson, read and discussed and ordered placed on file.

Committe on Rules and Registrations to
whom was refered, for the revision of the same,
the rules and regulations of the Park Commmission,
Reported some revision of the same. The clause
in reference to the date of meeting was, on motion
duly seconded and a vote taken, unanimously
declared to be revised to read "on the second day
and third Wednesday of each month, from April to
October, and from October to April, on the second
of each month at 3:30 o'clock P.M.; provided that when the 2nd falls
on Sunday the subsequent day shall be the day on
which the meeting shall be held. Further action
on the same was delayed until next meeting.

On motion duly seconded the Clerk
