yesterday I went to Luxembourg
and found a
wide awake beautiful town
with pretty girls & the town
bedecked with flags. I saw
wonderful buildings and
some pretty ones too
the stone arch of course
is the most wonderful
thing there - this is 200
ft. high and 280 feet
across. sure is a
genius.
We had a lot of fair
pricing things - candy $4
a pound- I didn't buy
much.
The German money is
decreasing, the value
a few days ago was
24$ now a mark is 17 c
the same as a $ - the
germans have nearly brankrupt
this country
