Clear and cool: Phebe and I went to Johns to tea,
Jim there in the evening: father went up to Jims
farm in the afternoon, but I had gone to Johns;
Joe and William at Fred Stablers helping raise
his barn.

13^th 1^st day
Clear day. Jim brought me home, to meeting, and
dined here: Lucy and Emily went to Uncle Samuels
in the afternoon, William there to supper too,
Joe at Harewood after supper.

14^th 2^d day
Cloudy most of the morning, with very slight
sehowers of rain. Lucy and Emily went to the
Cottage to dinner, Lucy went on to the manor in
the afternoon: I went to Uncle Samuels in the
afternoon, called at the Cottage both going and coming
William at Bentleys after supper: father went to Rockville.

18^th 3^d day
Clear day, Foggy in the morning. Emily and I at
Harewood to supper.

Fair day: at meeting: William went to Washington: Joe
