Clear and cooL at meeting: Joe at meeting Lucy
and Hattie went to the Cottage in the afternoon.
William went to Washington.

24th 5th day
Clear and cool: two mason here at work at
the potatoe cellar: Mother went to Uncle Samuels
in the afternoon, had to come home before supper
to see the Wetheralds. Mary Werherald of Baltimore
the other Mary her mother Lucy at Harewood
awhile in the afternoon: cousin Lizze Briggs
died this mornig: I am to go there tonight
to set up.
