Cloudy and all day, with rain part of the time:
In the house all day.

27^th 4^th day
Cloudy with showers in the morning, cleared
off after sundown. sister and I out shopping
at meeting and called at Albans in the morning,
at Anne Ahrens;s to supper.

28^th 5^th day
Cloudy most of the day, cleared off in the evening, some
little rain during the day: sister and I ccalled at the [?]
House, and at Kenleys. I dined at Aunt Martha's called
see Cousin Jane Bevan in the afternoon, to Gardners to
supper and to stay all night, went wth them to Henry
Govers after supper.

29^th 6^th day
Clear day: met sister at Mary Garners store, went with
her shopping home to dinner, found Emily Snowden then
Lizzie Reese and Maria Tanney there to dinner: Tule[?]
and Ellen Lester called in the afternoon, also the Kinley
Emily Thomas came and staid all night. she Howells here
after tea
