called to to order at 5 P.M by E. P. Thomas foreman for
the evening. Fred + Asa M. Stabler Thos J. Lea. Jos. L.
Moore Roger B. Farquhar. Wm T. Brooke. Gran Farquhar
and Saml. Hopkins were absent, though F. + A. Stabler
came in later in the evening. If a portion of the name
of our organization were instilled into our members
would we not all get together at an earlier hour
and thus make our meeting more instructive if not
more pleasant In the absent of our Lee. B. H. Miller
was appointed to take his place. The minutes of our
last meeting at this place were read and we
started on our usual walk to the bone mill first
noticing a fine flock of chickens and ducks and
then a patch of late planted potatoes which still looked
green and flourishing in spite of the late severe
frosts. In passing the immense pile of wood
near the Mill the question was raised by a member
how much of it would have passed its last
