F.L. Thomas- Is it to late to plow field that is now vacant for wheat? No.

F . Willson - When shall I sell my cattle? Sell them soon.

R.H . Miller - What is the price of seed potatos? 100 ---1 50 per bu. Barley? 50-65c

O. W. Anderson - Will Nitrate used now give a second cutting of timothy hay? It would depend largely on the rainfall.

The 812 th meeting of the Enterprise Club met with Lacy Shaw at Olney Inn on Saturday, August 12th, 1933. After one of The Inn's famous suppers W m Moore called the meeting to order and both sets of minutes were read and those of the July meeting approved. C.L. Gilpin, C.B. Hurry and G.A. Willson were absent. E.S., .J. W., and T.A. Barnsley, O. W. Anderson, C.E. Bond J.T. Cashell, J. W. Jones, R.H. Lansdale, R.R. Moore, R. Ray, H.B. Shaw and E. K. and M. O. Stabler were guests.

Moved and carried that a membership committee be appointed, F.A. Thomas M.J. Stabler and T.L.J ackson were appointed.

W m Moore asked G. R. Canby to preside as he had to leave at this time.

The community council report was read and approved.

Questions

Lacy Shaw --What kind of lime and how much should be used on a corn field that has not been limed recently? 1500 lbs of pulverized limestone to the acre. Some recomend ground, burned lime.

R.H. Lansdale -- Will it pay to increase the Wheat storage capasity at the mill? Some think it will pay.

J.W. Jones - What shall I do with a field that has failed to reset in alfalfa? Plant in early potatos next spring or sow a cover crop this fall, plow under and sow soy beans next spring.

M.J. Stabler has fallowed a wheat field. Shall he sow barley or seed direct to grass? Mr. Anderson told of the latest regulations of the Wheat reduction plan. Apparently barley is out and hay is doubtful.

Albert Stabler wants 50 or 60 ewe lambs.

E.C. Thomas -- What commercial fertilizer should be used on a lawn? When? Lime and Acid phosphate, some would add bone meal to this combination. Apply in March or early April.

E.S. Barnsley - What yield will I get from sweet corn planted today? If frost is very late it will mature.

P.G. Ligon - When shall I buy stock cattle? Buy as soon as you can get satisfactory quality.

The 813th Meeting of the Enterprise Club met with C.B. Hurry at Glenlauder on Friday Sept 8th 1933. F.A. Thomas was appointed forman and we first visited and drank from the fine spring that supplies the house with water with the aid of an electric pump and pressure tank in the old spring house. Our host next guided our wanderings to a butiful spring on the edge of his place. Mr. Hurry has a butifully kept home and some of us think he has a good layout to run a small flock of sheep.

After our walk we were in shape to do full justice to the bountiful supper Mrs. Hurry provided. Guests were M. T. Cissel, C.E. Connor, M.O. Devorak, N. Fussell, J.W. Jones, E. F. Kemp, R.H. Sansdale , F. Miller and M. O. Stabler. Absent members were M.H. Bancroft and G. A. Wilson.

After the usural social hour W M Moore called the meeting to order and as this was our first visit the were no reference minutes those of the August meeting were read and approved.
