Pursuant to Call of the President the Association met in the Howard St Church San Francisco Sept 18th 1875.
The President being absent James A Clayton was chosen Chairman.
E. S. Todd led in prayer.
The following members were present Clayton, Baker, Campbell, Gibson, Ross Todd, Ash, Jewell.
Minutes of previous meetings read & approved.
The Superintendent reported in part and a general discussion and comparison of views was had.
The resignation of A Gallatin was presented by the Secretary, and on motion it was accepted.
On motion the suggestion of the Superintendent was approved and he was instructed to proceed in harmony with such suggestions to furnish several rooms for boarders, provided money can be obtained for the purpose.
The Meeting adjourned to meet the 19th of October at 916 Washington St. at 7 1/2 oclock PM.

Opening Pursuant to call of President due notice having been given a meeting of the Pacific Grove Retreat Association was held at the office of the California Christians Advocate in San Francisco December 7th 1875.
Members Present The President being absent, J. W. Ross vice president took the chair. Present. Ross. Ash - Gibson. Baker. Campbell. Heacock & Jewell (7)
Election to fill Vacancy of A Gallatiss Association proceeded on motion to fill the vacancy in the board occasioned by the resignation of A Gallatiss of Sacramento.
H. B. Heacock was chosen teller. The ballot resulted as follows. Whole number of votes cast. Six. J. W. Hinds of San Jose receiving the whole number cast was decreed duly elected.
Resignation of J W H Campbell J. W. H. Campbell presented his resignation as director and on motion it was accepted.
Association proceeded to fill the vacancy occasioned by such resignation.
G. F. Baker was chosen teller. D. Jacks of Monterey was elected unanimously to fill such vacancy.

Place of meeting Pursuant to notice a meeting of Pacific Grove Retreat Association was held at the Pastors study of the Central M.E. Church San Francisco April 18th 1876. 7 1/2 oclock Pm
Geo Clifford. President called the meeting to order. G. O. Ash led in prayer.
Members present The following members were present Clifford. Ross. Ash. Gibson. Todd Clayton. & Jewell. Also not members J H Wythe. P. E. of S F Dist & D. Jack
Time of Camp meeting On motion it was resolved commence the Annual Camp meeting on the Grounds of the Association Sunday June 4th
On motion the Presiding Elder of San Francisco Dist. was requested to issue a call for the meeting and in union with the other presiding elders of the conference have charge of the same.
Association expressed the judgment that on the first fourteen days of the meeting two services at least should be held each day, and that the last eight days should be considered the Camp meeting proper and arranged for accordingly.
