Do you not believe that if any spirit that was once on earth can or need, ask anything more for him. Your precious boy will do it as no other Saint in heaven can do, for he is a Saint.

his sweet precious life here, and the work which he has done for you or I should say, through you, in the help to the young, which will go on, & on, giving birth to good & true ambitions, helping the weak to be strong, & the strong to help the weak. I cannot tell you how reverently and sadly every one speaks of the news of Senator Stanfords death, and there is never a word but of praise, he seems beyond criticism.

All these things mark your loss, but are rays of light coming through the veil from heaven. There could be no shadow here, where there no sunshine there.
