they would agree to do So consequently I made several bad sales.
I have Three Hundred Dol lars out That I dont expect I will be able to collect any of it.
And this year I tried farming again paying cash rent. But the season was against me, it will take all I raised to pay the rent, If my land lord in sists that I shall pay it all. But I dont think he will for he has been a Father to me so far.

But I find it very discoura ging trying to farm with only one arm.
If I had money to invest I think I could start up in some other business that I could handle to better advantage with one arm than farming.
Now if you feal so disposed as to do anything to give me a start, I would appreciate it so much.
And I will guarantee you it would not be spent foolishly. This is the first time I ever asked a favor of this

So please dont get offended at me. But give it your carefull considerate thought. I was reading your good works you had done in San Francisco in New London Daily Papper.
