but I have felt for a long time that God is going to reward you for your have been good and kind to others, in my prayers. I have asked God to aid you in giving you what you wish for. Last Sunday I read how encouraging everything seemed, and when I went to Church in the evening I asked God to help them to what was right. For it is one of the grandest schools, and Universities in the world, and a Dear and kind Lady is trying so hard to have it remain so. I never have heard of one whose whole heart and Soul, is all ways trying to make others happy. I have three sons Roy Age- 12 years Walter 9 years and Edgar age 4 1/2 years old, perhaps when they are through Public schools I may be able to send them to your beautiful University I shall pray constantly and fervently for you to win. hoping God will bless you for all your kindness until then. I have wanted to write this letter some time ago, but was not certain of your address, when you were visiting back east, so I felt so happy when I read of your return in the Chronicle yesterday hoping you will not be offended at my writing you and that many [live?] many years and your great wish to keep up the beautiful University

How happy I do feel that you have been victorious and have received what you wished for. When I received that Beautiful Letter you wrote me on the 11th an answer to mine, your Letter was the most beautiful I ever read. I cried many times in reading it over and over again. I felt then that God

would certainly do everything in your favor. The same night I received your letter I prayed most fervently for God to help you more more to win the case for God loves to be spoken of kindly and you did speak my beautiful of him how I do cherish that Letter which shall always be kept in my Bible. I send you my youngest Son's Photograph Any time he would say his Prayers I would have him say God Bless you and help Mrs Stanford to win. I have often heard a Child's prayers are answered, so I felt so happy. When he would say his Prayer. He is one of the Loveliest little Boys in disposition so affectionate The Rev Dr [Hervet?] formerly the Minister of [Rimpson?] Memorial Church. [Hayes?] & Buchanan and his wife now in Chicago said Little Edgar whose Photo- graph I send you is one of sweetest and most selfpossessed little child they ever met. rewarded again & again Little Edgar attends the Willard Kindergarten but he has not attended the past two weeks as he an attack of Bronchitis ever since he was a Baby he has an attack of Bronchitis every six months. He is very ill and is last two weeks he will start to school again next week. Miss Brown his teacher says he is a very good Boy.
