1777 Town Hall July 16th 74 [1874] Dear Mr Hassall [indecipherable] Since you called last I have made some drawings for a brick design, and before I [indecipherable] with them I should like you to call when passing and see them. I think the est [estimate] will be about £350 [indecipherable] that to £400 including bricks, but I will make a more accurate estimate after having seen you - I was at [indecipherable] on Friday last seeing how the brickmakers were getting on - Shall I call upon Mr Sutton
