[continued from previous page] Mimi. Then rang up Nell & she met me at Shaftsbury P.O. & I brought her home & we cooked an egg and stayed in the room.

Thurs. 18
Went to Nell at 11. Moseyed around and had lunch then met Miss Bamberger & went to St. Dunstan's to see blind soldiers at work and play. Then to Piccadilly for dinner and home. Turned wet.

Fri. 19
Lovely clear morning. Went out to lunch at Shepherd's Bush & stayed in the rest of the day. Nell Malone came & had tea. We cut Mrs Pischel's cake and had a good fire.

Sat. 20
Dull raw morning. Went to Lyons for lunch then to Clara Butt concert in Albert Hall. Took Miss Fowler. Nell took us both to tea. Nell & I pottered around shopping & had supper in my room
