Grey damp day but not actually raining
worked in Fred's room at 12A Victoria Sq
from 2.30 till 6.30. Found Mr
Devadhar at home.

10 Mon
Showery grey day. Ran around on
errands. Worked till 7.15 & then
went home under umbrella as
usual. 3 letters from Mother.

11 Tues
Grey wet morning. In evening
met Fred at T. Ct. Rd. Underground
went to Spanish Rest. on Soho & then to
Haymarket to see "Uncle Sam". In
afternoon took Miss R. Russell of Chicago
D. News to tea at Charing Cross

12 Wed
Mild but grey. Got cold.
Fog in afternoon. Met G. K. Devidhar &
F. P. at Westminster [U?] & went to "Old Vic"
to see Julius Caesar. R. Thorndyke [Thorndike] as
Brutus. No dinner. Fatigued &
cold.
