Mild day showers. Pottered
in office
with my collection of oddities.
In evening attended party in Miss
Baker's room. Went home at 5.30
exhausted but was soon disturbed by
Mrs. Aldridge.

Sun for one fleeting moment.
No rain to speak of - mild as
April. Mrs Hamilton came bringing
supplies & cheer to the garrison.

9 Sat - Christmas Fire Insurance ceases
Clear.
Mild morning wth pale suggestion
of sun behind clouds. In after-
noon walked to Camden town to
look at shops
