November 7th
Thursday
Mr. Deans workmen came this morn'g
to set the new Copper.

Friday 8th
Asked Mr. Rae, and Treasurer if we
might get our old copper reset whilst
the workmen were here. £44.17.0
received since the 1st Nov. We have been extra
busy this week.

Saturday 9th
Mrs. Roberts went to Melbourne to day I came to
supply her place as Matron during her absence.

Sunday 10th
Two women came and wished to be taken in to the
refuge saying they were quite tired of their wicked
way of living one is a married woman I said I could
not admit her without she brought a note from
Mrs. Goodlet she went and got one she said she had
been absent from her home since Wednesday and is
the mother of five children her husband is a very
respectable man been in one situation 10 years
Pr Charles preached 11 o clock Mr Fletcher at 5 o clock
Mr Watts 7 o clock

Monday 11th
Called upon and convened with the married womans
Husband admitted yesterday
