Monday.
Mr. Cocks came expecting to find the
Gentelmen[gentlemen] in Com't. according to
arrangement last friday week.

Teusday[Tuesday] 13th.
M A Lyons is very naughty.

Wednesday 14th.
Ann Scanlan has had the same white petticoat
in hand a fortnight, and its not [underlined] finished yet. [end underlined]
She does little else but nurse her work, and she is
so sly, deep and Cunning. that I'm at a loss to
know what to do with her.

Thursday 15th
Mary Ann Lyons (better known outside, by
[underlined] ("Dolly" [end underlined] was received. she seems to me, a very hopeless case. however, we will try our best to
teach her. What is disheartening is she is a Romanist
thus [underlined] adding [end underlined] to the majority of that creed, that are already in our protestant Refuge.

Friday 16th
Ann Scanlan is very idle, when remonstrated
with this morn'g, she said "well, I am ill, I miss
the vegetables in [underlined] this place." [end underlined] Shall we try to get you into the Infirmary? "O no, I am not ill enough for that."
