Same -- Received a copy of the Nevada State Herald of Sept 16 published by the Herald Publishing Co, George W Vardy, editor -- weekly, published evening Friday -- Had my first letter in it, that I sent Tuesday night -- Made about 1 1/3 columns -- 8 page 7 col paper -- The Democratic, Silver

and Populist County conventions were held today, each in seperate hall, commencing at 10 AM and finishing up with evening sessions -- After much discussion and conferring the Dems and Silverites finally agreed to fuse on the following respective division of county offices: [clipping]
