Monday June 3

Same -- By AM train sent another brief letter to John W O'Donohue, Con Virginia office Virginia City asking bullion product, gold & silver of the Con Va and Ophir mines during 1900, also asking if he received the Mint Directors book I sent him -- PM I attended hearing before Judge Hawley US Circuit Court, of argument for continuance of temporary injunction in the Oregon Short Line railroad case against the Utah & California, or Clark line -- The injunction expired today, and P L Williams, chief Attorney of the Short Line Co, who arrived this morning gave the arguement -- Judge Hawley's decision will be given at 10 AM tomorrow -- I sent 210 words dispatch to SL Tribune in the matter -- Bed 11 --
