case has to come up in court then for trial and final adjudication & deciding which of the contesting companies shall win out on the very interesting railroad proposition -- I got off a 250 word telegram to the Tribune -- Rec'd brief letter from John W O'Donohue this morning containing desired information -- Bed 11 -- Van Duzer is in town from Winnemucca or Lovelock, proposing to get up a handbook of the counties of Nevada and their resources. Met W E Winnie Ex Dist Atty of Storey County on the street today -- Was born and raised on the Comstock but says the old lode seems gone past redemption so he will pull out for Los Angeles as his future home --
