To all who it may concern. Know Ye That in accordance with an Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada passed March 7.th 1865. entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife". That the following is a full and complete inventory of my seperate property as the wife of John N. Pine of the town of Reno. in Washoe County State of Nevada in which town we reside and that I claim the same under the said act of the Legislature. subject to all the exemptions and privileges of said act, as my seperate property.
