1 Inventory of the Separate Property of Eve Elizabeth Fisher

Inventory of the separate property of Eve Elizabeth Fisher, now a femme sole, but about to become by marriage Eve Elizabeth Strasser the wife of George Strasser of the County of Washoe and State of Nevada know all men by these Presents, that I Eve Elizabeth Fisher residing in Washoe Valley Washoe County State of Nevada, now and at the date of signing this instrument a single woman and about to become the wife of George Strasser do hereby declare that by gift or other right I own and am possessed of, and hereby claim as my separate property the following described real estate. A certain ranch or farm in Washoe Valley, Washoe County, Nevada, bounded on the North and West by the land of Theodore Winters on the east by the land of Theodore Winters and the land of Nodashay, and on the South by the land of George Lewis, containing one hundred and sixty acres of land more or less and having thereon a dwelling house and a barn together with the rents issues and profits of said premises which are herein expressly reserved and conveyed to my sole and separate use and benefit And I further hereby declare that by gift or other right I am and am possessed of, and hereby claim as my separate property the following described personal property, that is to say Three horses, Three cows, a buggy, a spring wagon, a farm wagon, four harnesses, two ploughs, a lot of agricultural implements, a lot of household and kitchen furniture, stove, beds and bedding, all being now upon my ranch

or farm hereinbefore described A promissory note dated at Washoe City July 25th A D 1865 and payable on demand, of the firm of Erlanger & Wertheimer of said Washoe City for the sum of Three hundred and fifty dollars in U S gold coin Now therefore I the said Eve Elizabeth Fisher, femmae sole as aforesaid, and about to become the wife of the aforesaid George Strasser do hereby publish, make known, and declare, that the above mentioned and described real and personal estate is my separate property, and that the aforegoing is a full and complete inventory of such separate property exclusive of money in specie And I further publish make known and declare that the separate property hereinbefore described, owned by and belonging to me, together with the increase, income, and profits arising from the same shall, ever be and remain my sole absolute and separate property, and in no way or manner be subject to the disposition, or liable for any debts or liabilities now due or owing or which may hereafter be created or contracted by the aforesaid George Strasser with whom I am about to be united in marriage. And that the said marriage hereafter to be solemnized shall in no way or manner whatever effect said separate property hereinbefore inventoried, or of the income increase rents and profits thereof In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of July A D One thousand eight hundred and sixty five

On this twenty fifth day of July AD one thousand eight hundred and sixty five, before me George C Cabot, County Recorder of Washoe Co Nev personally appeared Eve Elizabeth Fisher, personally known to to to me to be the person described in, and who executed the foregoing Instrument, who thereupon acknowledged to me that she executed the same freely and voluntarily and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned Witness my hand and Official Seal the date last above in this Certificate written

Inventory of the seperate property of L. E. Burnett Lovejoy, wife of John K. Lovejoy, of the County of Washoe and State of Nevada.

Know all men by these presents Whereas The State of Nevada did in and by its certain indenture bearing date Jan'y 27.th A.D. 1870. signed by H. G. Blasdel Gov. of said State and by receipt for special deposite signed by E. Rhoades the Treasurer of said State dated Aug. 2.d 1869. grant bargain, sell, alien, recuse, release, convey and confirm unto Waterman H. Morton and R. A. Willson and by them duly assigned to L. E. Burnett Lovejoy, wife of John K. Lovejoy of aforesaid county of Washoe, and State of Nevada certain real estate in the County

of Washoe, in said indenture and receipt on special deposite with said State Treasurer and hereinafter particularly described for the consideration in said indenture and receipt on special deposite the said property being conveyed to W. H. Morton and to R. J. Willson from said State of Nevada and for a valuable consideration assigned by said Morton and Willson to L. E. Burnett Lovejoy wife of John K. Lovejoy which said real estate is particularly described as follows. The West half of Lot No 2. in the N.E. fractional quarter and Lot No One in the N.W. fractional quarter of Section Six in Township Eighteen North. Range Eighteen East embracing one Hundred fourteen & 93/100 acres. Also the West half of the N.E. quarter and the S.E. quarter of the N.W. quarter of Sec. 20. Township Nineteen N. of Range Eighteen East. containing one Hundred and Twenty acres.

Now therefore I the said L. E. Burnett Lovejoy wife of said John K. Lovejoy do hereby publish make known and declare that the above mentioned and described real estate is my seperate property and that the foregoing is a full and complete inventory of such seperate property. In Witness thereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 28.th day of Feby. A.D. Eighteen Hundred and Seventy.

To all who it may concern. Know Ye That in accordance with an Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada passed March 7.th 1865. entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife". That the following is a full and complete inventory of my seperate property as the wife of John N. Pine of the town of Reno. in Washoe County State of Nevada in which town we reside and that I claim the same under the said act of the Legislature. subject to all the exemptions and privileges of said act, as my seperate property. To wit:

That certain dwelling house and all the improvements now situate on that certain lot or parcel of ground belonging now to Charles Crocker know and described
