as Lot Number 12 in Block M of the town of Reno in the County of Washoe and State of Nevada. the same having purchased to wit: paid house and improvements by me with means devised to me since my marriage with my husband John N Pine by my father now deceased. On this Fourteenth day of June A.D. 1871 personally appeared before me Thos E. Haydon a Notary Public in and for Washoe County Nevada. Mary Ann Pine wife of John N Pine Known to me to be the person described in & who executed the foregoing instrument and she having first been made acquainted with the contents and legal effect of said instrument by me acknowledged to me on examination apart from and without the hearing of her said husband that she executed the said instrument freely and voluntarily for the uses and purposes therein mentioned without fear compulsion or undue influence of her said husband and that she does not wish to retract the execution of the same.

In Witness Whereof I hereto set my hand and affix my official Seal, this the day and year first above written.

Inventory of the seperate property of Mary A Pine

Know all men by these Presents that the following is a full and complete inventory of the seperate property of Mary A Pine wife of John N Pine both of whom are now residents of Long Valley in the County of Washoe and State of Nevada, and is made and filed under the provisions of an act entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and wife" Approved March 7th 1865.

To wit: that certain Ranch farm or tract of land situated in Long Valley in the County of Washoe and State of Nevada formerly known as Lee's Ranch containing over two hundred acres of land principally enclosed bounded on the North East by the line of the Road from Reno to Honey Lake Valley on the West by the lands known as Painter and Purdy Ranches on the West and South by the said Purdy Ranch and George Brown Ranch, on the South and East by said Brown's Ranch and Public Lands of the United States. Together with the tenements Hereditaments and appurtenances of said Land. Also (13) thirteen head of Milch Cows ten head of three years old heifers, ten head of two years old heifers, One bay mare and colt the latter about (3) three weeks old. One roan mare 7 or 8 years old, five hogs, one wagon -- Plows harness and other farming impliments. All the above described property is the same conveyed to me by Levi Lee and Julia L Lee by agreement or conveyance dated the 16th of July A.D. 1872. and the Stock were purchased about May 1872.

Given under my hand this the 18th day of March A.D. 1873.

personally known to me to be the same person who executed the foregoing inventory and also to be the wife of Seal John N Pine and she being made acquainted by me with the contents of the foregoing inventory, Acknowledged to me separate and apart from and without the hearing of her said Husband John N Pine that she executed said inventory freely and voluntarily for the uses and purposes therein mentioned without fear, compulsion or undue influence of the said Husband and that she does not wish to retract the execution of said instrument.

Also the following described personal property, to-wit; Twenty (20) head of milch Cows, Ten (10) head of three year old heifers, one (1) bay mare, one (1) Black mare, One (1) Brown Horse, Five (5) Hogs, One (1) Wagon, Plows, Harness and other Farming impliments.

One thousand eight hundred and seventy-three, personally appeared before me C A Richardson County Recorder, in and for the said Washoe County, State of Nevada, Mary A. Pine wife of John N. Pine personally known to me to be the same person described in and who executed the said annexed Instrument as party thereto, And the said Mary A. Pine wife of the said John N. Pine having been by me first made acquainted with the contents of said Instrument, Acknowledged to me on examination, apart from and without the hearing of her husband, that she executed the same freely and voluntarily, without fear or compulsion, or undue influence of her husband, and that she does not wish to retract the execution of the same.

Inventory of Separate property of Mrs. L. E. B. Lovejoy.

State of Nevada, Washoe County, Nov 6th. 1875.

Inventory of the separate property of the wife of J. K. Lovejoy, nee L. B. Burnett, said described property having been her private property prior to her marriage with the said J. K. Lovejoy, and since accruing, and an Inventory made thereof prior to said marriage, as witnessed by J. S. Bowker, and believed to have been lost or destroyed by the destruction of the dwelling house of the said J. K. Lovejoy and L. E. B. Lovejoy by fire. 1st. The W. 1/2 of the N.E. 1/4 of Sec 20, Town 19 N. Range 18E, Washoe County, State of Nevada, containing 80 Acres; Also, S. 1/2 of the E. 1/2 of the N.W. 1/4 (containing 40 acres) of Sec 20, T. 19 N. R. 18E., Washoe County, Nev; Also the S.E. 1/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of Sec 8, Town 19 N. R. 18E, Washoe Co. Nev. containing 40 acres: Also, (1/2) one half of the water right and right of way of Water ditch and flume now supplying the Ranch known as Lovejoys Ranch; said right of way having been purchased, and said 1/2 of ditch and flume having been constructed with her private means, taken from her lands. Also, a note of hand against A. J. Hatch for gold coin loaned him; said note dated April 8th. 1874, and renewed June 29, 1875 said note demanding of said Hatch $1329.70 with interest at the rate of two per cent per month until paid; said money having accrued to me by the sale of lands owned in my private right prior to my said marriage with the said J. K. Lovejoy: Also, a note of hand against Joseph Jones, amounting to $170.00 dated June 12th. 1875, payable in gold coin; said amount having accrued
