L. E. B. Lovejoy On this Sixth day of November, A.D. one thousand eight hundred and seventy five, personally appeared before me, Wm. H. Young, a Justice of the Peace in and for the said County, L. E. B. Lovejoy, whose name is subscribed to the annexed instrument as the party thereto, personally known to me to be the same person described in and who executed the said annexed instrument as the party thereto, who acknowledged to me that she executed the same freely and voluntarily, and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my private seal (having no seal of office), the day and year in this certificate first above written.

Inventory of Separate property of Mrs. Mary A. Pine

Know all men by these Presents that the following is a full and complete inventory of the separate property of Mary A. Pine, wife of John N. Pine both of whom are now residents of Truckee Meadows in the County of Washoe and State of Nevada, and is made and filed under the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and wife," approved March 7. 1865, to wit: That certain ranch, farm or tract of land situated on Truckee Meadows in the County of Washoe and State of Nevada, formerly known as Palmer's Ranch containing seventy five acres more or less of land enclosed by a fence, and bounded on the north by land owned by Julia

A. Blaisdell and by the land known as the Hickman Ranch; on the east by land owned by Julia A. Blasdell; on the south by land owned by Henry Stephens; on the west by a public road running north from the Reno and Glendale road. Together with the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances of said land. Also the following described personal property, to wit: Three (3) Milch Cows branded M. P. on the right side; also one (1) Black Horse, six years old; One (1) Chestnut Sorrel Mare, six years old; One (1) Chestnut Sorrel horse, six years old; Two (2) Bay Mares, five years old; One (1) Bay horse colt, three years old; One (1) Buckskinn filly, three years old; One (1) Bay filly, two years old; One (1) Black horse colt two years old; One (1) Black horse colt, one year old; one (1) Sorrel horse colt, one year old; One (1) Gray filly, three years old; One (1) Sorrel Horse, four years old; One (1) Sorrel Mare, six years old; One (1) Bay horse, five years old; One (1) Black roan mare (and colt), four years old. All the above named horses and colts are branded with my brand H on the right cheek. Also one (1) Buggy; one (1) wagon; Harness; Plows; Harrows, and other farming implements.
