Know all men by these Presents, that the following is a full and complete inventory of the separate property of Lizzie J. Fannon, wife of S. D. Fannon both of whom are now residing in the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada, and is made and filed for record under the provisions of an Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada, entitled "An Act defining the rights of husband and wife" approved March 10. 1873, to wit: All that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Town, County and State aforesaid, known and designated on the official map of said Town of Reno as the west half of Lot Number Five in Block G: Together with the tenements and appurtenances thereon. Also a note of hand in my favor made by Anna O'Harra for the sum of Three hundred and forty 50/100 Dollars and interest, which note is now due and payable. In Witness Whereof, the said Lizzie J. Fannon has hereunto set her hand and seal the Fifth day of June, A.D. 1877.
