manner provided by Sections 1 and 15 of said Act to wit: Lot Two of the South West quarter of Section Eighteen in Township Nineteen North, Range Twenty East, Monte Diablo base and meridian, containing Sixty four and 65/100 acres according to the U.S. Survey, and patented to her by the State of Nevada January 25. 1875. The South East quarter of the South East quarter of Section Thirteen in Township Nineteen North, Range Nineteen East, Monte Diablo base and meridian containing Forty acres according to the United States survey and conveyed to her by the Central Pacific Railroad Co. et al July 2, 1877. Fractional Lots numbers Seven and Eight in Block C in the Town of Reno, County and State aforesaid, as known and designated on the official map of said Town and conveyed to her by A. J. Bunting June 26, 1877. A promisory note made by Jacob Prescott to her order for Four hundred Dollars, gold coin, dated May 12, 1877, payable twelve months after date with interest at the rate of one and one half per cent per month, payable monthly, and secured by Mortgage on Lot Number Eighteen, Block F in the Town of Reno, County and State aforesaid, as known and designated on the official Map of said Town. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this sixteenth day of August A.D. 1877.
