Virginia Street, along said alley 60 feet Easterly, and the buildings thereon erected, Said Lease of the above described premises being for three years from the 1st. day of March, 1877. The said Lease was executed by Frank H. Chase to George W. H. Budden on the 3d. day of January, 1877 and was assigned by him said George W. H. Budden, to me March 21. 1877. 2nd of an interest of one third undivided in an executing agreement made by Frank H. Chase to Geo. W. H. Budden to convey to him, his heirs or assigns, an undivided (1/3) one third interest in the ownership and benefits of that certain contract entered into on the 6 day of September 1875, between said Frank H. Chase and D. H. Haskell wherein said D. H. Haskell in consideration of one hundred Dollars then paid him, and four hundred Dollars with interest at 10 per cent per year thereon, to be paid to said Haskell within five years from the 6 day of September, 1875 agrees to convey to said Frank H. Chase, his heirs or assigns, by good and sufficient deed the North West quarter of the North East Quarter of Section 10 in Township No. 19 North of Range 19 East of Mount Diablo meridian which said contract between said F. H. Chase and G. W. H. Budden on Nov 4, 1875 was assigned to Thos. Barnett, and on Nov 1st. 1876 was assigned by said Thomas Barnett to me which said land is situate in the County of Washoe in the State of Nevada. 3rd of all of Lot Sixteen (16) River front fronting North on the south side of Front Street 25 feet wide, in the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada. Together with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances of said Lot of land. In Testimony Whereof I hereto set my hand and seal this 8th.

Budden, duly acknowledged to me that she executed the same freely and voluntarily, and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned. Inventory of separate property of Mary E. McGrath.

Know all men by these Presents, That I, Mary E. McGrath of the County of Washoe, State of Nevada, and wife of Michael D. McGrath of said County and State, do by these presents declare and publish the following as a complete inventory of my separate property, to wit: Lots One (1), Four (4) and Five (5) in Block H, in what is known and surveyed as Haydon & Shoemaker's S.E. Addition to the Town of Reno in said County of Washoe and State of Nevada, as per map made by H. H. Bence: Also, two beds and bedding, 5 chairs, one stove and other household and kitchen furniture now in my house on the above land: And notice is hereby given that I claim and the above property is my separate property.

[left margin See page 25 for correction] Know all men by these presents, That I, Hattie E. Wallace a married woman the lawful wife of John C. Wallace, of Reno, Washoe County, Nevada, do hereby make and acknowledge according to the provision of an Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada, entitled "An Act defining the rights of husband and wife," this written inventory of my separate property and estate, the same having been acquired by me before marriage viz: Lot Number Four (4) in Block "A" of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada. That no other person has any interest or title to the above described property. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty eighth day of March, A.D. 1879.

Inventory of separate property of Saddie Hunter

Know all men by these presents, That I, Saddie Hunter, wife of B. E. Hunter, and now a resident of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada, do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full and complete inventory of my separate property, exclusive of money in specie, acquired by gift since my marriage and that I make this inventory in accordance with and in order to avail myself of the privilege of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada, approved March 10', 1873, entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife". That the inventory of said separate property is as follows: All those certain lots or parcels of land situate in said Town of Reno described on the official map of said Town as Lots Numbers Five and Six in Block A, and conveyed to me by deed duly recorded on pages 34-5 in Vol 8 of Deeds, Records of said County of Washoe. Also Lot Number Fourteen on River Front west from Virginia Street, conveyed to me by deed duly recorded on pages 22-3 in Vol 8 of Deeds, Records

Inventory of separate property of Lizzie Illidge.

A full and complete inventory of the separate property of Mrs. Lizzie Illidge, wife of William Illidge, both of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe, State of Nevada, to wit: Lot Number Eight (8) in Block D of Evans' North Addition to Town of Reno, as described upon the Official map of said Addition on file in the office of the County Recorder of County aforesaid, together with the dwelling house now in process of erection thereon and the tenements, hereditaments thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining. Notice is hereby given that she the said Lizzie Illidge hereby claims the above described property and every part thereof as her separate property. In Witness Whereof, she has this the 3d. day of June, 1879, affixed her hand and seal.
