Know all men by these presents, that whereas by gift and other right not derived from my said husband in any way, I own and am possessed of certain personal property in the said County of Washoe, to wit: One graded Jersey Cow, and one bay horse, with a square box buggy and harness: Now Therefore, I the said Florence L. Guthrie, wife of the said Charles S. Varian, do hereby publish, make known and declare that the above mentioned and described personal estate is my separate property, and that the foregoing is a full and complete inventory of such separate property. Jones, of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada, do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full and complete inventory of my separate property, exclusive of money in specie, and purchased with my own money; and that I make this inventory in accordance with and in order to avail myself of the privileges of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada, appeared March, 6 1873, entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife". Wallace of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada, do hereby certify and declare that I desire to correct the within inventory so as to read that the purchase money paid for the real estate described in said inventory was acquired by me before marriage. Inventory of Separate Property of Mary Logan.

State of Nevada County of Washoe SS Be it Remembered that I, Mary Logan of the County of Washoe and State of Nevada, being a married woman and wife of Michael Logan, do by these presents claim and give notice that the following described personal property is my separate and individual property to wit: Six hogs or swine in all, consisting of brood sows, white in color, and four boar shoats or pigs, also white in color. These hogs were acquired by me by my separate efforts and earnings with the consent of my husband, as by law in such cases provided to wit, as provided by Statute of Nevada entitle "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife," approved March 10. 1873; Laws 1873, Section 15, page 195. And now make a claim to said property as my separate property, as required by law, appertaining to the separate property of the wife; and I hereby declare said property to be my separate property as it ever has been and now is, and now give notice to that effect, as I may of right lawfully do. Know all men by these presents, that the following is a full and complete inventory of the separate property of Elizabeth V. Borden, wife of R. V. Borden exclusive of money in specie, she and he being now residents of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada, in which County in said State all of said property is now situate and being to wit: Town lot No. 3 in Block J, with the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereof, the same being the homestead and place of residence of declarant and her family, and situate in the Town of Reno aforesaid: Also, 1 Piano, 1 Milch Cow, 1 Black horse, 1 May mare, 1 Double seated Rockaway, 1 Spring Wagon, 1 Buggy, 1 sett light Double Harness, 1 sett heavy Double Harness, all the household and kitchen furniture, bedroom setts and bedding now in and about her said residence on Lot No. 3 Block J aforesaid. Also Lots Nos. Four (4) and five (5) in the Southeast (1/4) quarter of Section (7) Seven in Township (19) Nineteen North Range (20) Seventy East of Mount Diablo base and meridian, containing 42 & 76/100 acres of land, with improvements thereon.
