Borden, by gift, bequest, devise or descent, or through the rents, issues and profits of said property owned by her before marriage or acquired afterwards by gift, bequest, devise or descent, by re-investment of such rents, issues and profits. Elizabeth V. Borden seal On this 21 day of August, A.D. 1880, before me, Thos. E. Haydon, a Notary Public in and for the County of Washoe in the State of Nevada, personally appeared Elizabeth V. Borden, wife of R. V. Borden, personally known to me to be the same person described, in and who executed the foregoing inventory of her separate property, and she being first made acquainted by me with the contents and legal effect of said instrument acknowledged to me on examination separate and apart from and without the hearing of her husband, said R. V. Borden, that she executed said instrument fully and voluntarily, without fear, compulsion or undue influence of her said husband, for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and that she does not wish to retract the execution of the same. In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Official Seal, at my office in the County of Washoe, State of Nevada, the day and year first above written.

Inventory of Separate Property of Martha D. Smith.

Know all men by these Presents, That I, Martha D. Smith, wife of A. J. Smith, of the County of Washoe and State of Nevada do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full and complete Inventory of my separate property, exclusive of money in specie acquired by me since marriage by gift, with the issues and profits thereof; and that I make this inventory under the provisions of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada, approved March 10, 1873, entitled "An Act defining the rights of husband and wife":

Inventory:

One Bay Mare, 10 years old, branded J on left shoulder given me by my brother Wesley Wheeler.

145 Turkeys 250 Chickens given me by my father Thomas Wheeler Sr.

The above described property is now in my possession and is kept on the North half of the Northwest quarter of Section Thirty two in Township Twenty North, Range Twenty East, M.D. B. & M. containing one hundred and twenty acres of land according to the U.S. Survey. Witness my hand and seal this 31 day of August A.D. 1880.

Supplemental Inventory of Sarah A. Abbee

State of Nevada County of Washoe SS.

Know all men by these presents, that the following is a full, true and complete supplemental inventory of all separate property acquired by Sarah A. Abbee, wife of Jerome Abbee, of Reno, Washoe County, Nevada, except unconverted money, since her original inventory made August 16 1877, duly recorded on pages 15 -- 16 -- 17 in Book A of Inventories, Record of said County:

13 head of cattle and increase, branded "A.77." Lots Numbers 10, 11 & 12 in Block Eight on Marsh's Addition to Reno, together fronting 150 feet on east line of Lander Street, with a depth of 140 feet to an alley, and bounded on the North by St. Lawrence Avenue, One share of the Capital Stock of the South Side Irrigating Canal Co.

The Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Sec 18, Township 19 North, Range 20 East, Mr. D. B. & M. 40 acres.

Inventory of Separate Property of Christena C. Douglas.

State of Nevada County of Washoe SS

Know all men by these presents that I, Christena C. Douglas, wife of John Douglas, hereby declare and make a full and complete Inventory of all and singular the personal property owned and possessed in my own separate right, the full right, title and interest of the same being in me, and that I have so owned and possessed the same since July 14, 1880; the said personal property being as follows: One white cow, with brand "D" on the left hip, crop off left ear, One dark brown cow, branded "D" on left hip, left ear cropped. One brindle cow, branded "D" on left hip, with under circle swallow fork and under bit on left ear, half crop in right ear; and one spotted cow, branded "D" on left hip, half crop off left ear; and that all said personal property is situate and being in Washoe Valley, County of Washoe, State of Nevada, where I reside; that said personal property comprises all my separate property. In Witness Whereof, I have hereto set my hand and seal the 11 day of October, A.D. 1880.

Lot Two in Block G in said Town of Reno, as known and designated on the Official Map of said Town front fifty feet on the East line of Sierra Street, with a depth of one hundred and forty feet to an alley:

The above Inventory is made under the provisions of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada, entitled “An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife”, approved March 10th 1873. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twentieth day of October in the year 1880.
