acquired by me by gift and with my own money:

Inventory:--

One Roan Saddle Horse,
One Saddle and bridle;
Beds, bedding, household and
Kitchen furniture, and all other
movable and personal property
now on the premises on which
I reside with my famiy situate
in Block 18 in Lake's Addition
to said Town of Reno.

I further certify and declare that I claim said
separate property and make this inventory under
the provisions of the Act of the Legislature of the
State of Nevada entitled "An Act defining the
rights of Husband and Wife" approved March 10', 1873.

December, A.D. 1881.
