Inventory of Separate
Property of Alice E. Hoy.

Know all men by these
Presents that I, Alice E.
Hoy, wife of Robert T. Hoy,
of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of
Nevada, do hereby certify and declare the following
to be a full and complete inventory of my separate
property, exclusive of money in specie, acquired
by me by gift and otherwise:

Inventory:

The South half of Lot Thirteen in Block V
in said Town of Reno, as known and des-
ignated on the official map of said Town,
fronting 25 feet on the west line of Virginia
Street, with a depth of 140 feet to an alley,
together with the tenements and appurtenances
thereon and thereto belonging:

The South thirty three and one third feet of
Lot One in Block R in said Town of
Reno, as shown on the official map there-
of fronting 33 1/3 feet on the East line of
Lake Street, with a depth of 140 feet to
an alley, and bounded on the South with
Second Street, together with the tenements
and appurtenances thereon, and all fur-
niture, bedding, sewing machine, and
all other movable and personal property
in and upon said premises.

I further certify that I claim said separate prop-
erty under the provisions of the Act approved
March 10 [?] 1873, Statutes of Nevada, entitled "An
Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife".
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this Nineteenth day of May, 1882.
