Inventory of Separate
Property of Mary A. Kinney

This is to certify that I,
Mary A. Kinney, am the
wife of R. H. Kinney, and
am a resident of Truckee Meadows, Washoe County,
in the State of Nevada, and that on the 7 [?] day of
January, A.D. 1882, my father-in-law executed and
delivered to me a Deed of gift of the following
described land in said Truckee Meadows in said
County and State, to wit:

The Southwest quarter and South sixty
acres of Northwest quarter Sect 3,
Township 19 North, Range 20 East,
M.D.M., containing 220 acres:

Also, 100 shares of capital stock of
North Truckee Ditch Company, shown
by Certificate No. 24, and also all the
water, water rights, and privileges
appertaining to and used for irri-
gating said land:

Said Deed is recorded, Vol 9, page 37, Washoe
County Records, on January 7 [?], 1882. And I hereby
give notice that said land and all the tene-
ments, [here?itaments] and appurtenances and
water and shares of stack are my own separate
and exclusive property, and all the rents, profits
and issues thereof, and all crops growing thereon
are my separate and exclusive property, subject to
the Mortgage name in said deed of gift. In Wit-
ness Whereof, I have hereto set my hand and seal
this 10 [?] day of August, A.D. 1882.
