Inventory of Separate Property of Mary L. Pryor.

Know all men by these Presents, That I Mary L. Pryor, wife of B. A. Pryor, formerly of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada, and now residing in Colusa, California, do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full and complete inventory of my separate property in the County of Washoe and State of Nevada, acquired by me by gift March 15, 1877, from my uncle Alvars Evans:

Inventory:
Lots Two and Three in Block Four in Evans' North Addition to the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada, as known and designated on the official map of said Addition together fronting 100 feet on the East line of Lake Street, with a depth of 140 feet to an alley; together with all the tenements and appurtenances thereunto belonging.

I do further certify and declare that I claim said separate property under the provision of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife" approved March 10 1873. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Fourth day of September, A.D. 1882.

Liening, a Notary Public in and for said County, residing therein, duly commissioned and sworn, personally appeared Mary L. Pryor, formerly Mary L.
