State of Nevada County of Washoe SS. On this Tenth day of August, A.D. one thousand eight hundred and eight two before me, Wm. H. Young, Justice of the Peace in and for said Washoe County, personally appeared Mary A. Kinney, wife of R. H. Kinney, personally known to me to be the individual described in and who executed the annexed instrument; and the said Mary A. Kinney duly acknowleged to me that she executed the same freely and voluntarily, and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned. And, the said Mary A. Kinney, wife of said R. H. Kinney, having been by me made acquainted with the contents of said instrument, duly acknowleged to me on examination apart from and without the hearing of her husband that she executed the same freely and voluntarily, and for the uses and purposes therein mentioned, without fear or compulsion or undue influence of her husband, and that she does not wish to retract the execution thereof. Maltby, of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada, do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full and complete inventory of my separate property, exclusive of money in specie, acquired by me by gift and otherwise.

Inventory The Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section Thirteen in Township Nineteen North, Range Nineteen East, M. D. B. & M. containing 40 acres, less a piece of land heretofore conveyed by R. Buckley and wife to the N.S.A.M and M.

Society; together with 25 inches of water from the Cochrane Ditch and certain waste water used for the irrigation of said land; all as conveyed to me August 22, 1882, by Edwin Bates: Also, all farming implements and other personal and movable property now on said land and which I may hereafter place thereon, including any live stock, poultry and conveniences for keeping the same: Also the tenements, fences, appurtenances, improvements and privileges belonging to said land and appertaining thereto; and all the furniture, beds, bedding and other movable property contained in or which I may place in the dwelling house on said tract of land.

I do further certify and declare that I claim said separate property under the provisions of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife," approved March 10, 1873. In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty fourth day of August, A.D. 1882.

Know all men by these Presents, That I Mary L. Pryor, wife of B. A. Pryor, formerly of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada, and now residing in Colusa, California, do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full and complete inventory of my separate property in the County of Washoe and State of Nevada, acquired by me by gift March 15, 1877, from my uncle Alvars Evans:

Inventory: Lots Two and Three in Block Four in Evans' North Addition to the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada, as known and designated on the official map of said Addition together fronting 100 feet on the East line of Lake Street, with a depth of 140 feet to an alley; together with all the tenements and appurtenances thereunto belonging.

I do further certify and declare that I claim said separate property under the provision of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada entitled "An Act defining the rights of Husband and Wife" approved March 10 1873. Know all men by these Presents That I, Fannie Levan Smith, wife of A. A. Smith, of the Town of Reno, County of Washoe and State of Nevada, do hereby certify and declare the following to be a full, true and complete inventory of my separate property, exclusive of money in specie, acquired by me by gift & otherwise:

Inventory: The South one hundred feet of Lots Six and Seven in Block Eight in the Western Addition to said Town of Reno, as known and designated on the official map of said Addition, fronting one hundred feet on the west line of Ralston Street, with a depth of two hundred feet, and bounded on the south by Fifth Street; together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining; being the same land and premises conveyed to me before my marriage with my said husband, A. A. Smith, by deed from Pacific Lumber and Wood Company, dated September 18, 1879, and duly recorded on pages 269.70 in Vol 8 of Deeds, Records of said Washoe County: Also, all the furniture, bedding, beds, and all other personal and movable property of every nature and kind soever, contained in the dwelling house situate on said land and in and upon said premises: I do further certify and declare that I claim said separate property under the provisions of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada
