Know all men by these presents: Whereas, Pierce Evans did in and by his certain indenture bearing date November 20, 1879, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto me, Ida A. Evans, his wife, certain real estate in the County of Washoe, State of Nevada aforesaid, in said indenture and hereinafter particularly described, for the consideration in said indenture mentioned, the said property being conveyed to me by way of gift from my said Husband no valuable consideration passing therefor; said real estate conveyed being described as follows: Lot Eleven (11) in Block "D", as laid down and designated upon the Official map of Evans' North Addition to the Town of Reno, said map being of record in the office of the County Recorder of said County, together with the
