machine to be placed in said dwelling
when completed, all purchased and to be
purchased with my own money.
I do further certify and declare that I claim
said separate property under the provisions of
the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada
entitled "An Act defining the rights of husband
and wife", approved March 10th, 1873, and as
awarded. Witness my hand and seal at
Reno, Nevada, the second day of May A.D. 1888.
