William, County Recorder in and for said Washoe County, personally appeared Abbie E. 124 now being erected on said lot and to be erected at my cost and expense, with all the furniture, beds, bedding and other personal and moveable property including one sewing machine to be placed in said dwelling when completed, all purchased and to be purchased with my own money. I do further certify and declare that I claim said separate property under the provisions of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada entitled "An Act defining the rights of husband and wife", approved March 10th, 1873, and as awarded. 125 One horse phaeton, now in my possession One sorrel mare, known as Dolly, branded with an anchor on her right hip. One black calf, now about ten months old. One sorrel horse, known as Prince, and one single set of harness: Said mare was a gift from my brother Frank [Euyait], and said colt was fouled by said sorrel mare, and the remainder of said property was purchased with my own separate money the income from my pwn earnings. That she claims all of said property as her separate estate under the provisions of an act entitled "An Act defining the rights of husband and wife", approved March 10th, 1873, and the [Acts] amend along and supplementary thereto. 126 herby certify and declare the following to be a full, true and complete inventory of all my separate property situate and being in said County of Washoe, Nevada, exclusive of money in specie, acquired by me by gift and otherwise and with my own money: Inventory: The East [twenty] one feet of Lot Twenty in Block P in the Town of Reno, Washoe County, Nevada, fronting twenty one feet on the south line of Commercial Row, with a depth south-erly of one hundred feet to an alley, as known and designated on the Official Map of said Town of Reno, together with the tenements, belonging or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and revisions, remainder, and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, being the same property conveyed to me by Morris [Bad?] April 8,1880, by deed duly recorded at page 494 in Vol 8 of Deeds, Records of said washoe County Nevada: I do further certify and declare that I claim said separate property under the provisions of the Act of the Legislature of the State of Nevada entitled "An Act defining the rights of husband and wife." approved March 10th, 1873, and as ammended.
