that I, Lydia E. Borman, of the
County of Washoe and State of
Nevada, wife of [J] H. Borman of said county and
State, do hereby certify and declare the following
to be a full, true and complete inventory of my
separate property [situate] in said County of Washoe,
Nevada, exclusive of money in specie, acquired by
me with my own money before marriage and
my said husband J. H. Borman. Inventory. [Lab]
Four and Five in Block Three in the Town of [Verdi],
County of Washoe and State of Nevada together
fronting fifty-feet on Front Street in said Town
of Verdi, with a depth of fifty-feet; and facing
the back of the C.P.R.R., together with the two frame
houses and [a??urtenances] now being and sit-
uate on said Lot Four and Five. I do further
certify and declare that I claim said separate
property under the provisions of the Act of the Legisla-
ture of the State of Nevada entitled "An Act defining
the right of hasband and wife", approved March 10, 1873.
