In the matter of the Estate of Brigham Young, Deceased, I, Martha Larson, being first duly sworn, on oath, say that I am a citizen of the United States, over the age of twenty-one, that on the 26th day of notice, by depositing the same in the U.S. Postoffice, at Salt Lake City, Utah, postage prepaid, to the following named persons and addresses, to-wit:

Mabel Sanborn 704 North 1st West, Salt Lake City, Utah Fanny Y. Clayton 204 East 7th South, Salt Lake City, Utah Brigham Young Family Association, c/o Irwin Clawson 16 West South Temple Street Salt Lake City, Utah

ORDER FIXING TIME FOR HEARING PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR-IN-TRUST

Upon reading and filing the petition of Gaylen S. Young praying for the appointment of himself, or some other suitable person, as successor-in-trust to Brigham S. Young, Deceased:

IT IS ORDERED That Wednesday the 6th day of November A.D. 1946, at ten o'clock A. M. at the County Court House, in the Court Room of said Court, in Salt Lake City, Utah, be and the same is hereby appointed for the hearing of said petition, and that due notice thereof be given by posting notices in three public places viz: west front entrance of the County Court House, 33rd So. & State Streets, and in the post office in Murray, Salt Lake County, Utah, for the period of ten days prior to said 6th day of November A.D. 1946.

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF SALT LAKE, STATE OF UTAH PROBATE DIVISION

In the Matter of the Estate of BRIGHAM YOUNG, Deceased.

ORDER APPOINTING SUCCESSOR-IN-TRUST No. 553

The verified petition of Gaylen S. Young for the appointment of himself as successor-in-trust to Brigham S. Young, decesed, to the rest, residue and remainder of the testamentary trust created under the Last Will and Testament of Brigham Young, deceased, having come on regularly to be heard November 6, 1946, and it appearing to the court that due and legal notice of the hearing on said petition had been given to persons interested in said estate pursuant to an order of this court made and entered on the 24th day of October, 1946, and it further appearing to the court that the allegations contained in said petition are true and correct, and that a successor-in-trust to the said Brigham S. Young, deceased, should be appointed to complete the administration of said trust estate, and it further appearing to the court that Gaylen S. Young is a grandson of said deceased and is a competent person to act as such successor-in-trust, and no one appearing to oppose said petition,

Now, therefore, on motion of W. G. Howell, attorney for the petitioner,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the said Gaylen S. Young be, and he is hereby appointed successor-in-trust to Brigham S. Young, deceased, to the rest, remainder and residue of the testamentary trust estate provided for under the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of Brigham Young, deceased, upon delivering to the Clerk of the Court a bond as required by law in the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars, for the faithful performance of the duties of said trust, and taking and subscribing the
