On November 26th, 1946, personally appeared Gaylen S. Young, who being duly sworn, did depose and says:
That he will faithfully perform according to law the duties of the successor-in-trust of the testamentary trust created and established under the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of Brigham Young, deceased.
