has descended to and is now owned by your petitioner and Margaret Voss, his wife, as joint tennants with full rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, and the said deceased might, if living be compelled to execute and deliver to your petitioner and his wife a correction deed conveying to them as successors to the said Joseph Sharples.

WHEREFORE your petitioner prays that a day be appointed for hearing this petition and that due notice therof be given as provided by law and upon such hearing and proofs to be adduced thereat that an order be made by the court authorizing the said Brigham S. Young as trustee of the estate of the said Brigham Young, deceased, to make, execute and deliver to your petitioner and his wife, Margaret Voss, as joint tenants with full right of survivorshop and not as tenants in common, a proper deed and conveyance, conveying all of the right, title and interest of said decedent and of his estate in and to the following described tract of land situated in Salt Lake County, State of Utah, to-wit:

Commencing at a point North 89 degrees 59' 06" East 1528.89 feet along Section line and North 0 degrees 06' 48" West 362.20 feet from the Southwest corner of Section 22, Township 1 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian, and running thence North 0 degrees 06' 28" West 122.59 feet to the South line of 27th South Street: thence North 89 degrees 49' 02" East 67 feet; thence South 0 degrees 06' 48" East 122.79 feet, thence South 89 degrees 59' 06" West 67 feet to the place of beginning.

and for such other and further relief as the Court may seem meet and proper.

ORDER FIXING TIME FOR HEARING PETITION FOR Order authorizing the Trustee to execute deed

Upon reading and filing the petition of Rudolph H. F. Voss praying for the authority to execute deed

IT IS ORDERED That Wednesday the 19th day of January A.D. 1944 at ten o'clock A.M., at the County Court House, in the Court Room of said Court, in Salt Lake City, Utah, be and the same is hereby appointed for the hearing of said petition, and that due notice thereof be given by posting notices in three public places viz: west front entrance of the County Court House, 33rd So. & State Streets, and in the post office in Murray, Salt Lake County, Utah, for the period of ten days prior to said 19th day of January A.D. 1944.
