A Petition--

To His Excellency the governor of Utah:
We the undersigned qualified voters of Arizona and New-Mexico, believing that the sentence of Joe Hillstorm now awaiting execution Sept. 28th, 1915 is unjust and that he not being given the opportunity of a fair and unbiased trial, xxxx wish to protest against said sentence and request that you use your authority to commute said sentence, with a view to his obtaining another trial.
