Dear Sir:-

My attention has been called to the
proposed execution of one Joe Hillstrom. I desire to
earnestly request that you intercede in behalf of Mr.
Hillstrom, to the end that he may be granted a new trial.

It matters not what the circumstances
may be, no man's life should be taken by the State, where
there is an element of doubt, until the accused has had a
chance to submit his case for reconsideration by a tribunal,
other than the one by which he was first sentenced.
