Allow me to quote a paragraph from the address of one
of the great characters in the history of this country.
"It is indeed little less than a name where the government
is too feeble to withstand the enterprises of faction,to confine
each member of society within the limits prescribed by the laws,
and to maintain all in the secure and tranquil enjoyment of the
rights of person and property." Washington Address Sept, 1796.

Honorable sir, again let me congratulate you for the courage
displayed by you for law and order and the enforcement of your
honest conviction against a crime.

Pardon me if I have taken up too much of your
valuable time with this communication.

Yours with all respect,
Mortimer Mc Millan
