It shall be the duty of the Treasurer to cllect
and take charge of the funds of the societyl to
pay the same on the order of the Presidentl
and to report to the Board of Directors when
by then required the state of the funds. He
shall give bond to the satisfaction of said Board
for the faithful performance of his duties as
Treaurer.

8.

No member shall be alowed to vote at any
meeting of the society who is in [illegible] with
the Treasurer.

9.

This constitution may be amended at any
annual meeting, two thirds of the members
present voting for such amendment.

The offeecers elected at this meeting to continue
in office until the first annual meeting

The funds society shall be [disputed?] of at
