I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt
of your letter of the 8th instant and to inform you
in reply that there can be no reasonable objection to [confirm?]
the desire of the Sarnia Band to increase the salary
of their School Teacher, Miss Adams, but the
actual written decision of the Indian Council
should be sent down.
