for any amount under 10,000 I want to. I claim with my other $1000 that I am worth a whole lot more dead than I am alive. Tell Papa to pass his opinion on it and tell me what he thinks of it. when you write. You will receive the policy as I told the Lieut. to send it home.
Next month I am going to allot half of my pay home and I want it "sunk" in the bank for me. (I am not going crazy) so I can check on it should I have to have the neccessaries.

him back on my next pay day or he can take it right out of the allottment, when it arrives. The round trip on the Saint and coming back on the Angel will be $22.40 Christmas. The regular fare is $33.60. As I said before I do not know whether I will get off or not, but if any body in the Co. does I will, so I am getting prepared if the unexpected should happen.

The Y.M.C.A. gave a morning picture show at building #1 for the benefit of the 159th last night. They had sentries all around the building so nobody but our regiment could get in. It is the first time we have been able
