An air raid alarm was given about nine o'clock tonight. The "penpushers" were greatly alarmed. Have spent most of the time playing poker.

At two o'clock this afternoon they told us that we were free men again. Mrs. Wood had given me an invitation to Christmas dinner but I had to turn it down as they didn't give us any idea as to when we would be out of quarantine.
