one ounce of sliced Licorice 14 figgs cutt in piece
20 Raisons of the sunn stoned, boyle these in a
Gallon of stale Ale into the halfe, then straine itt
without pressing; Add until the strained Licour one
pound weight of purified honey; boyle them together
a little then reserve itt, and let the patient drink
