Dear Sir

In reply to yours of April 1^st would say in regard to building tombs, the expense was $873.11 which should probably be equally divided, also expense of setting posts and cutting numbers which was $32.00

The retaining wall is charged as 55 ft long and the cost was $505.83

I should say the proper shares would be in about the rates

of 26 1/2 and 28 1/2, thus charging each for [?] the wall opposite the passage ways, say Lot #4145, $243.72 #4146, $262.11

The elevation of the wall is in this form

The measurements having been taken at equal distances, showing that the two halves have about the same solid contents.

The grading & sodding including material furnished is charged at $176.11 and as the Lots are of the same amt, it would be proper to divide the item equally.
